Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders. The firm operates out of New York, Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Sydney.
We are seeking career minded and independent individuals for an entry level full-time position of Institutional Operations Associate at Back- Office Operations - Sofia, Bulgaria. He/she will be part of a global team providing operational support to 24/5 Introducing Broker Sales department and international network of Introducing Brokers.
Job Category: Financial Services
Hours: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday - 12:00- 21:00
Main responsibilities include (not limited to):
Facilitate the client on-boarding process – from close of sale, compliance, documentation and implementation.
Deliver support and maintenance of Introducing Brokers and various customized arrangements.
Provide ongoing customer service through the use of email, phone and online chat.
Compile scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs, such as volume, pnl calculation and reconciliation.
English fluency, verbal and written.
Strong Excel skills with ability to handle data analysis.
Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Spanish or Russian is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience in VBA and macros a plus
